We are a startup revolutionizing the Indian travel and hospitality sector by offering immersive and affordable experiences tailored to millennials.
Raho focuses on bridging the gap in quality accommodation options in non-urban areas, establishing partnerships with property owners who benefit from our hospitality units.
As a Sales Manager at Raho, you will identify, build relations with, and sign up new partners. Your success requires discipline, time management, hard work, and strong communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Generate at least 30 qualified prospects each month in Coorg and surrounding areas.
- Sign up 10 new hospitality units per month.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Utilize networking events, industry associations, online platforms, and referrals to find new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify target areas and properties suitable for hospitality development.
Relationship Building:
- Establish rapport with property owners through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Listen to their needs and provide value propositions that address their concerns.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rate, partnership acquisition cost, and revenue generated from new partnerships.
- Make regular reports to management on your progress.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales, high-ticket B2C sales, or partnership management.
- Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using computer software and knowledge in analytics.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.
Compensation and Benefits:
A competitive salary of ₹4LPA to ₹6LPA, with an additional incentive of up to ₹1,00,000 per month based on performance. A bike or car is also provided for transportation.
Location:
This role is based in Bangalore, India, with regular travel to Coorg required. We encourage candidates who are willing to travel and stay in Coorg regularly.
