Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in managing large restaurant or hotel projects, with a strong technical knowledge in civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of restaurant and hotel projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and suppliers to drive project progress.
  • Develop project schedules, monitor timelines, and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and AC system installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plan and safety standards.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors, engineers, and vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in managing large restaurant or hotel projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge in civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and scheduling.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
