
Regional Sales Executive

The role involves traveling across districts in Kerala to drive sales growth and requires candidates to be located in the state of Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Performance: Deliver primary and secondary sales targets by optimizing outlet coverage, availability, and visibility of company products.
- Implement Sales Systems: Administer sales systems, including reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, credit, discounts, billing, and collections.
- Develop Sales Objectives: Utilize sales data to establish short-term and long-term sales objectives and apply structured selling processes and negotiation techniques.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work with the sales team to drive results, increase organizational effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Graduate Degree: A graduate degree is preferred, with an MBA being an added advantage.
- Sales Experience: 4+ years of sales and distribution experience in FMCG organizations is required.
- Market Exposure: Candidates should have exposure to markets of the HQ location.
- Basic IT Skills: Basic IT literacy with MS Office and Internet Explorer fundamentals is necessary.
- Leadership Skills: Negotiation skills, people management, and good stockist management skills are essential.
