
Eastern India Sales Leader

The sales leader will drive business growth in Eastern India by developing and executing a localized sales strategy for Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Assam. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage regional sales teams in Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, and Guwahati.
Responsibilities:- Regional Sales Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in Eastern India.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Sales Enablement
- Provide sales training and support to ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; MBA preferred.
- 6-10 years in sales leadership with at least 3 years managing regional teams.
- Strong familiarity with Eastern India's enterprise & government ecosystem.
- Enterprise sales leadership.
- Consultative selling & negotiation at CXO level.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) & KPI dashboards.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and one Eastern regional language.
