Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Growth Leader to drive sales performance and expand our business in Vellore, India.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and project managers (PMCs).
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform sales decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
6-9 years of experience for Assistant Manager role; 10-16 years of experience for Deputy Manager role.
