
Sales Floor Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive sales performance at our flagship store in Bombay. As a leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, building a strong team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that embody our brand values.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in luxury, fashion, or footwear. They will possess excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for artisanal products and premium customer service.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, and growth.
- Set and track performance goals for the team, providing coaching and support to help them achieve success.
- Customer Experience:
- Deliver personalized and premium service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales & Growth:
- Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed store targets through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Support and execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations that showcase our products and brand story.
- Operations & Inventory:
- Manage daily store operations efficiently, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishments, and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on sales, customer insights, and operations to inform business decisions.
- Visual Merchandising & Brand Identity:
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring displays and presentation reflect our brand's craftsmanship and timeless design.
- Ensure the store reflects our brand's values and personality, creating an immersive and engaging experience for customers.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury, fashion, or footwear.
- Proven success in leading teams and driving sales performance.
- Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service.
- Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.
- Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail environment.
