Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Leader to drive our manufacturing digitization strategy forward. This role will be responsible for advancing our digital transformation agenda, leading the deployment and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions, and ensuring technology initiatives are fully aligned with business priorities.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs. They will also possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions in line with our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
  • Ensure digital solutions are integrated with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
  • Oversee project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
