Job Description

The ideal candidate will serve as a visionary leader, driving the company's strategic vision for comprehensive, digitally driven training and development programs. This role requires an individual with exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills to drive digital transformation within the training function.

This includes overseeing process training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring that training programs align with business objectives and operational requirements.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with the organization's goals, championing the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies.

In addition, the individual will design and develop innovative digital learning content and programs, evaluating and managing digital learning platforms and technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Digital Transformation Leadership
    • Develop and implement a digital learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies.
  • Program Design
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across the workforce.
    • Design and develop innovative digital learning content and programs.
  • Technology Management & Innovation
    • Evaluate and manage digital learning platforms and technologies.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology.
    • Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure.
  • Process Training
    • Design an effective training strategy and facilitate program delivery.
    • Ensure training programs align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Educational Qualification
    • Graduate/Post-graduate in Management/Business.
  • Work Experience
    • 15-20 years in a BPO company, with at least 5 years managing digital transformation for the training function.
