About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Manager to lead our educational centers and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to enhance performance, efficiency, and reach of educational centers within the zone.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work with senior leadership to define and achieve zonal sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
Operational Oversight
  • Center Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all educational centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
  • Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams across all centers.
  • Performance Review: Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
Customer Focus
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
  • Customer Support: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial reports and ensure profitability by implementing cost-saving initiatives where required.
Communication and Representation
  • Communication Bridge: Act as a communication bridge between corporate/regional offices and center teams.
  • Company Representation: Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone.
