Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing regional admin activities and operations, including administrative teams. You will define scope and key result areas (KRAs) for team members, communicate and coordinate with immediate management to develop strategic programs and project goals, and report directly to the Zonal Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, and other related tasks.

You will monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress, manage calls and discussions with various stakeholders, coordinate end-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities and team coordination, and ensure zero incidents on exam days related to admin services.

In addition, you will assist in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, develop and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team within the region, train and develop the admin team within the region, standardize processes at all exam venues, and manage regional vendors, support the Zonal Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.

You will also publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to the Zonal Admin Head and senior management as needed, act as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters at the regional level, ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and service-level credits (SLCs) at exam venues, exercise governance over ViDZ/LISP partners, conduct regular meetings, and close audit points.

Furthermore, you will manage contracts, assist in shortlisting prospective partners/venues identified by city heads based on defined parameters within the region, maintain and monitor legal compliances for all venues, prepare and deploy contingency/business continuity plans (BCPs), conduct surprise checks at exam venues, handle crisis situations, coordinate and manage manpower agencies, conduct audits of exam venues, and perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
