Director of Business Operations

This role oversees the efficient management and optimization of day-to-day business activities to ensure all departments align with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will prioritize productivity, timely task completion, clear communication, and effective coordination between teams.

  • Manage office operations including HR, Admin, Finance, Projects, Procurement, and Support Teams.
  • Coordinate tasks and workflows across departments to maintain smooth functioning.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all office functions.
  • Monitor internal KPIs related to operations, productivity, and project delivery support.
  • Oversight of team members, including task allocation, deadline monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, rules, and internal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in office operations, administration, or general management.
  • Strong multitasking, coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR, Admin, Procurement, Finance, and Project Coordination.
