Job Summary:
As a visionary leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Intermodal product. Your primary objective will be to formulate and execute a strategy that prioritizes business transformation, centered around Exim/domestic rail and trucking businesses. You will lead an existing portfolio of IM business while developing a domestic rail portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced professional with exceptional commercial acumen to optimize network performance with customers, customs, vendors, suppliers, and other statutory authorities. Your expertise in strategic mindset, change management, project management, analytical skills, and vendor performance management is highly desirable.

A successful candidate should have strong background in Rail product development and Rail operations. Experience in container logistics and land side transportation is also essential. Post graduate studies in general management/supply chain management would be an added advantage. Fluency in English, excellent communication, and presentation skills are required.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Driving compliance & regulatory adherence
  • Developing overall talent pipeline for product as well as support operating leadership development
  • Strengthening relationship with key regulatory stakeholders such as customs
  • Working closely with operations and procurement to strengthen vendor ecosystem
  • Vendor Audit & Performance Management
  • Efficient management of DSO and DPO for key clients/vendors
