
Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional employee experiences and delivering business results.
As an HR & Admin Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, managing onboarding, induction, orientation and assimilation processes. You will also lead employee engagement initiatives, including team building activities, one-on-one connects and recognition programs.
You will work closely with the corporate learning and development team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance management, including quarterly check-ins, skip level meetings and annual appraisals.
Your expertise in employee relations, retention and compliance will be essential in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
You will also oversee facility management, space management, electrical systems, air conditioning, fire and safety measures, internet connectivity and minor projects. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
