Job Summary
As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Manage administrative tasks, including procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Maintain accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts.
- Support HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of office budgeting.
- Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask.
