As a key member of our dynamic team, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business and contribute to its growth.
Main Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries across various channels, responding promptly within 24 hours to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain a calendar for sales launches and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with external partners (editors, photographers, UGC creators) to deliver high-quality content that meets our standards.
- Keep inventory up-to-date and assist with website uploads, guaranteeing accurate product representation.
- Manage influencer collaborations and follow-ups, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks, driving them to completion and delivering results.
- Experience in fashion, jewellery, or e-commerce is highly desirable, but not essential.
