Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries across various channels, responding promptly within 24 hours to ensure excellent service.
  • Maintain a calendar for sales launches and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with external partners (editors, photographers, UGC creators) to deliver high-quality content that meets our standards.
  • Keep inventory up-to-date and assist with website uploads, guaranteeing accurate product representation.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and follow-ups, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks, driving them to completion and delivering results.
  • Experience in fashion, jewellery, or e-commerce is highly desirable, but not essential.
