Key Job Responsibilities
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless administrative support to the organization. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and maintaining a professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate reception duties, including answering calls and providing updates as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of internal and external communication.
- Analyze data related to HR/Administration, such as overtime details and canteen information.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, printing, and filing documents efficiently.
- Oversee front office supplies and inventory management.
- Manage guest visits, welcome visitors, and arrange refreshments.
- Ensure effective visitor management, including setting arrangements and lunch provision.
- Maintain pantry stock, crockery, and chocolate inventory.
- Support the office boy during guest visits and manage office duties.
- Verify tea invoices monthly.
- Administer courier services, tracking entries, distributions, and resolving issues.
- Maintain library registers, issue books, and send reminders.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or similar roles.
- Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
