Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee payment processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide end-to-end assistance to stores and office, including tasks such as travel management, inventory control, and maintenance of administrative systems.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Source and procure supplies, assets, and services, while maintaining accurate inventory levels and records.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
