About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our team as a Skills Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organizational skills strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience administering HR, talent, or learning management systems and be able to work effectively in a support or administrative role within HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
Responsibilities:- Skill Library Governance: Administer the skills library by adding, updating, and archiving skills as needed.
- Skill Validation: Review and validate new skill requests from business units.
- Quality Assurance & Reporting: Regularly audit the skills database for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:
- MBA (HR)/Graduate with Min 5+ Years' experience in Skill Administrator.
- Experience working in a Night shift schedule is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Cornerstone Galaxy or similar platforms.
