- Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, track action items, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain organized records, and project documentation.
- Monitor ongoing tasks, send reminders, escalate delays, and ensure accountability and timely completion.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement tools, technology, and process improvements to enhance workflows and efficiency, recommend best practices across teams and initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives, prepare concise updates and reports.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or related roles.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Superior communication, interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Curious, tech-savvy, proactive in exploring new tools and technology for process improvement.
- Adaptable, comfortable taking ownership of tasks without waiting for direction, eager to grow the role beyond traditional EA responsibilities.
