
HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Human Resources team in handling essential administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for follow-ups, maintaining timesheets, documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Timesheet Management:
- Collect, verify, and update employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Follow-Ups & Coordination:
- Follow up with employees for document submissions, pending timesheets, or HR-related information.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with employee record maintenance (physical & digital).
- General HR Support:
- Assist in organizing HR-related meetings, events, or training sessions.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are also essential qualities for this role.
Requirements:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
