Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR to join our team and support a variety of human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policies while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

3. HR Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with HR audits and reporting.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks and policies.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee data.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Coordinate leave management and track attendance records.

5. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
