Human Resources Intern

Job Title: Human Resources Intern - Upon Completion You Can Get HR Executive Position

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards (Non-IT roles).
  • Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  • HR System Maintenance: Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  • HR Policy Development: Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Performance Management: Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
  • General Office Administration: Assist with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and looking at a 6 months internship that leads to direct placement.
  • Strong Interest in HR: Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Recruiter Familiarity: Familiarity with recruiter is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of Hindi is important and local language (Kannada) is an added advantage though not compulsory.
  • Location: Must be well-settled in Bangalore. We prefer candidates who stay within 30 minutes of our office while we have great metro connectivity of 3 stations within 2 Kms.
