Job Title: Senior Influencer Liaison

About a 5-year-old marketing agency based in India.

The company specializes in influencer marketing, celebrity management, and video production. Its clients include well-known brands such as Snickers, Double Mint, Galaxy Chocolates, Samsung, Realme, Maruti Suzuki, Reliance General Insurance, DDB Mudra, Dentsu Creative, and many more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Influencer Identification: Identify influencers who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Proactive Outreach and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication via email or social media.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators throughout the duration of influencer campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
