Job Description

Our pioneering seed-stage startup is revolutionizing wealth management in India.

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Lead to shape the technological foundation of our platform, designing and building high-performance systems that balance speed, security, and scalability.

You will lead from the front, mentoring early engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence. This is a hands-on role where you will write critical code, review pull requests, and champion innovation.

With expertise in FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI, you will interface with regulators, partners, and investors, translating our technical vision into a compelling story of credibility and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design our entire technological universe.
  • Lead the development of our secure, high-performance platform using Python/Go, React, AWS/GCP, and Kubernetes.
  • Engineer for compliance, embedding SEBI and RBI regulations into our product's DNA.
  • Champion innovation, spearheading deep tech initiatives like AI-powered personalization and blockchain-based audit trails.
  • Be our technology ambassador, interfacing with regulators, partners, and investors.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Hands-on technical skills with modern technologies.
  • Deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Founder's mindset: proactive problem-solving, ownership, and building.
  • Language of compliance (SEBI, RBI) as a design constraint inspiring elegant solutions.
