Lead Backend Developer Opportunity

As we continue to scale our engineering team, we are seeking a skilled Lead Backend Developer to join our product-based company.

We specialize in Call Management CRM solutions for sales teams worldwide and operate from Cyber Towers in HiTech City.

The Role:

You will be responsible for scaling up the existing architecture to handle billions of requests every month. You will contribute to architecting the database/reporting layer to support complex queries and data exports of millions of records.

Additionally, you will lead the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the product architecture in handling millions of requests per day.
  • Optimize the architecture for regional data zones.
  • Develop high-performance, reusable, and bug-free APIs.
  • Optimize existing APIs for performance by data denormalization or decoupling long-running APIs using queues.
  • Gain familiarity with AWS Services like API Gateway, Lambdas, SNS, SQS, and SES.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in NodeJS.
  • Expert knowledge of NoSQL Databases (MongoDB preferred).
  • Hands-on experience working on products handling more than a million requests per month.
  • 5-8 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Commitment to high-quality deliverables.
