The Mission

As our chief architect, you will design the master blueprint for our interconnected AI systems and build the core intelligence that powers our competitive advantage— the Data Flywheel. You will be making foundational design decisions and building sophisticated AI engines that redefine an entire industry.

Requirements

  • A Visionary AI Systems Builder: 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying production-grade machine learning systems from the ground up.
  • An Expert in Modern AI Stacks: Deep, practical expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
  • A Hands-On Architect: Proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) and comfortable writing code to bring your architectural vision to life on cloud platforms.
  • A Strategic, Systems-Level Thinker: Able to zoom out to see the big picture and solve complex technical challenges. You think in terms of scalable, resilient, and elegant systems.
  • A True Owner: Thrives in a startup environment where you have full ownership and passion for seeing architectural decisions translate into tangible business success.
