
Strategic HR Technology Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the adoption and optimization of HR technology across the enterprise.
About the Position:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment, updating, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and provide expert guidance on HR process improvement and best practices.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all modules. Ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to guarantee successful project outcomes and address any technical or business-related issues that may arise. Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team.
- System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where necessary, adhering to business needs and best practices.
- Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, and provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities related to tech adoption of HR and internal communication products. Foster effective communication, training, and end-user engagement to drive successful technology solution adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technology solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
To succeed in this challenging position, you will require:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM) are highly valued.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing HR systems, specifically Oracle HCM or similar HRMS platforms.
- A proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services functions.
- Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights capabilities.
- Proven expertise in Oracle HCM implementation and project management.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or similar tools).
- High proficiency in Excel, macros, and report automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools and data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
