Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to fill the role of Strategic HR Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business impact through strategic HR initiatives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition aligned with company culture and objectives, drive succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in fair and consistent performance evaluations, implement performance improvement plans and coaching for growth.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in organizational change management and restructuring, facilitate training and skill enhancement programs.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage HR metrics to guide decision-making, prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
Requirements:
