Job Opportunity

As a strategic leader in human resources, you will oversee the implementation of core HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle management. Your focus will be on cultivating a positive workplace culture, driving engagement, compliance, and performance initiatives. You will also support targeted recruitment efforts for key roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement templates and guidelines for biannual performance evaluations
  2. Establish clear KPI definitions for new employees within their first six months
  3. Conduct structured probation completion assessments
  4. E nsure employees have documented goals aligned with company-wide objectives
  5. Maintain accurate records in HRMS tools
  6. Collaborate with department heads to align team and individual objectives with business priorities
  7. Monitor and maintain a grievance redressal satisfaction score
  8. Lead quarterly feedback surveys and analyze insights to enhance employee experience
  9. Conduct regular check-ins with new employees
  10. Work closely with department heads to fill critical positions within 30 days
  11. Partner with external agencies and leverage internal referrals to build a strong talent pipeline
Required Qualifications & Skills
  1. 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong generalist foundation
  2. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
  3. Proficiency in HRMS tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment
