Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Strategist to spearhead our organization's people practices in a fast-paced environment.

This role demands a forward-thinking professional who can design, implement, and oversee HR policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will be responsible for policy development, governance, compliance, performance management, grievance redressal, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement HR Policies: Develop and update HR frameworks in line with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Drive Governance Processes: Ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
  • Manage Grievance Redressal Mechanisms: Promote fairness and transparency across the organization.
  • Oversee Performance Management Systems: Include goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Ensure Statutory Compliance: Adhere to labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster Employee Engagement: Motivate and encourage continuous learning.
  • Lead HR Audits: Conduct timely closure of HR-related processes.
  • Mentor the HR Team: Deliver efficient and effective HR services.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.
  • Aptitudes: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Attributes: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency: Proficient in HRMS and Office tools.
