Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Leader to spearhead our human resources function.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large teams, driving organizational culture and performance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Lead the end-to-end HR process for approximately 400 employees across various departments.
  • Culture and Performance: Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational values, culture, and performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Enhance recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and industry norms.
  • Performance Appraisal: Manage performance appraisal systems and incentive structures aligned with business goals.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and grievance redressal.
  • Business Alignment: Align HR strategy with business scalability, automation, and expansion plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textiles, or luxury goods industries is highly preferred.
  • Labor Laws: Strong understanding of labor laws, shop and establishment/factory act, and factory-floor HR dynamics.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to balance people-centric approaches with process discipline and compliance.

Educational Background:

  • Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputable institution.
