Job Description

As a key member of our team at Arting Digital Private Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our presence in new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including software R&D teams and IT heads.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging a deep understanding of software sales and marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven sales track record, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in software sales or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
