Job Title: Commercial Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Business Development Executive for our EDtech / Training institute in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in marketing, sales, and business development. If you have experience in promoting training programs and have a passion for digital marketing, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
As a Commercial Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing training programs for engineering graduates. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EDtech / Training institute market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training programs for engineering graduates
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
