Recruitment Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Recruitment Professional to spearhead our talent acquisition endeavors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, overseeing end-to-end bulk hiring processes.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of success in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role. They will demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements, driving sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels. They will manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will also ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, tracking and reporting key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio. They will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations
