About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven business leader to work closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives.

This is a true business generalist role that involves solving high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners.

You'll collaborate with Sales to maximise revenue, work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs, and own and drive key partnerships.

You'll also lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, support strategic hiring efforts, and drive revenue and capacity planning.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of early stage startup experience on the business side.
    • You have a passion for all things business and sales, with a willingness to get hands-on.
      • You can effectively switch between different domains without losing depth.
        • You're comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment and able to operate in a dynamic setting.
