Are you a strategic leader seeking to drive business growth through informed risk management and corporate strategy?

We are looking for an experienced professional with 4-9 years of experience in corporate strategy, risk management, and credit risk assessment to lead our company's strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, and identifying early warning signals of credit risk.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Establishing and maintaining credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Preparing regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensuring effective monitoring of asset quality and recommending measures to maintain a healthy loan book.
