Job Description

As a strategic HR leader, you will drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards. You will work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.

Key initiatives include driving employee engagement, retention, and succession planning. You will lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Total Rewards Responsibilities

Leading the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions is a key responsibility. This includes partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.

You will own and execute the performance appraisal cycle. Ensuring reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals is also a priority.

Collaborating with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards is essential.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments, is necessary.

An analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics is required. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also essential.
