Senior Manager - Human Resource Business Partner

The Senior Manager acts as a strategic consultant and owner for HR initiatives that drive organizational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies aligned with business goals to generate value.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define an organizational design and culture that supports business growth and employee engagement.
  • Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands through talent development initiatives.
  • Design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
  • Enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of high performance by leveraging an effective Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Provide a comprehensive on-boarding and induction experience to new employees.
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Support the leadership team on HR-related matters.
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders.
