Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Position

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our organization and play a key role in managing data science and analytics hiring.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, and lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to analyze complex problems, and make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent results.
  • Recruitment Strategy:
    • Design and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, and campaigns.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and hiring managers.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Evaluate and improve hiring practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement process improvements to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
    • Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.
    • Present recruitment status reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
