Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

The role of a Data Insights Specialist is to analyze complex data sets, develop insights and recommendations for strategic business decisions. This involves identifying key trends and patterns within the data, developing statistical models to understand customer behavior and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and performance reports for senior management stakeholders.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition and retention rates, engagement levels and revenue growth.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify areas of improvement for customer experience and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques for predictive modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
