Senior Business Insights Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Business Insights Specialist. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and organize datasets for business analysis.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Experience with visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models preferred).
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and build analytical models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical and structured mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain insights clearly.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge and industry context.
