We are seeking a talented Senior Data Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our data management leadership, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our data warehouse solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Design Expertise: Leverage your expertise in data design to properly design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.
  • Analytics Data Warehouse: Responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, leveraging data from across a variety of internal applications and data vendors.
  • Technical Solutions: Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
  • Data Accuracy: Develops and deploys processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Programming Languages: Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure).
  • Business Intelligence: Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
  • Stakeholder Deliverables: Delivers data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
  • Documentation: Documents ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Professional work experience in Master Data Management, Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
  • MDM Platform: Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • MDM Trends: Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.
  • SQL Language: High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • ETL Tools: Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
