We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Prodapt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is accountable for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Telecom industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, leveraging your understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales revenue and pipeline activity, providing regular sales reports and analysis to management.
  • Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities within assigned accounts, utilizing your negotiation and persuasion abilities to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers, enhancing their overall experience and increasing revenue streams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, marketing, and customer support to achieve sales goals, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive collective success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling Fortune 500 clients in North America.
  • Certifications in sales or sales management, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
