Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for converting retail stores into franchisee-owned businesses jointly with the sales team. This includes shortlisting top dealers and developing a list of potential franchise partners.

  • Conversion to Franchise Stores: Work closely with the sales team to convert retail stores into franchisee-owned businesses.
  • Shortlisting Top Dealers: Jointly identify top-performing dealers who can be converted into franchise partners.
  • Pipeline Development: Build a pipeline for converting retail stores into franchisee-owned businesses and upgrading existing franchise partners to higher tiers.
  • Retail Excellence Score (RES): Evaluate and drive improvements in the Retail Excellence Score for all franchise stores.
  • Track and Drive Retail Excellence: Monitor and improve retail excellence across various parameters, including store hygiene, visibility, customer feedback capture, POS billing adherence, and more.
  • Audit and Analysis: Conduct quarterly audits to evaluate franchise retail excellence scores and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating Awareness: Educate franchise owners on the importance of achieving high Retail Excellence Scores.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist in delivering marketing campaigns, visual merchandising initiatives, and focused product sales strategies.
  • Visual Merchandising Arrangements: Ensure effective visual merchandising arrangements at stores and recommend changes as needed.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and growth through franchise stores.
  • Store Launch Planning: Coordinate the launch plan for new franchise stores and ensure smooth operations.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Track business performance across all franchise stores and provide insights for improvement.
  • Underperforming Store Improvement: Identify underperforming stores and develop strategies to improve their performance.
  • Drive Focused Product Sales: Encourage sales of focused value-added products and services through franchise stores.
  • Return on Investment (ROI) Tracking: Monitor the ROI of franchise stores by tracking sales and cost implications.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with franchise partners, resolving conflicts and providing support as needed.
  • Conflict Resolution: Collaborate with the sales team to resolve conflicts and escalated issues within franchise and non-franchise stores.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to franchise dealer staff on company systems, processes, and sales techniques.
  • Tally and EDC Installation: Ensure timely installation of Tally and EDC machines in all stores, promoting seamless adoption and integration.
  • Paint Consultant Services: Offer paint consulting services to enhance the visual appeal of franchise stores.
  • Hiring and Performance Management: Hire and manage PCs (Paint Consultants) across all stores, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
Required Skills and Experience

Franchise Sales, KRA / KPI Management, Team Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Training and Development, Data Analysis, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Acumen.
