Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our EMEA Commercial sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our company's products and services to end-user customers in assigned territories, industries, or accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer customers' questions, resolve their concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails.
  • Maintain and improve the database of prospects, research for new leads, and develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
  • Keep up-to-date with product and service information and competitor offers.
  • Meet individual or team sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of VMware/Broadcom products and services.
  • Understanding and good command of internal Broadcom systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
