Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries, providing prospective customers with detailed information about our products and services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, identifying and addressing their needs.
  3. Perform diligent follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrate our offerings to potential clients, emphasizing key features and benefits.
  5. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies with a strong ability to engage prospects and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proven negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • In-depth product knowledge to answer inquiries and educate potential clients about our services.
  • Experience with lead generation methods to identify and qualify potential customers efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and tracking sales activities effectively.
  • Track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
