Job Summary:

  • Tap into market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
  • Seek out clients who can benefit from our products or services and maximize their potential.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Persuade clients that our products/services best meet their needs in terms of quality, price & delivery.
  • Assess contract clauses in tenders for drafting techno-commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms & conditions to meet both client & company needs.
  • Conduct site visits for techno-commercial evaluations and meet with HOD's of Technical, Commercial, HR & HSE Personnel to understand client expectations and site requirements.
  • Engage in technical discussions with clients at the site for mutually finalizing the technical scope of work, including agreement on manpower.
  • Prepare costing sheets based on the mutually agreed technical scope.
  • Prepare commercial bids and engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients.
  • Liaise with other members of the sales team and technical experts.
  • Provide the sales/project managers with technical descriptions, commercial letters, and proposed standard conditions as part of a proposal.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions within the organization to ensure the accuracy of the proposal and when developing documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients for formal work orders, letters of intent, and letters of award.
  • De-brief meetings with the internal team regarding contracts, SOWs, deliverables, KPIs, mobilization requirements, contractual bindings, logistics, and site environments.
  • Perform sales activities for assigned products/systems in collaboration with sales managers/representatives, utilizing deep technical knowledge for these products/systems to contribute to the highest possible sales volumes.
