Job Overview:

  • The Quality Executive is a critical role that oversees the entire quality assurance process.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to strict quality standards and ensure compliance with laid-down policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including timely updates on credit decisions.
  3. Oversee underwriting, disbursements, collateral management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments to protect company assets and establish suitable credit limits.
  5. Verify loan accounts, perform cross-verification (including member house visits), and assess income and expenses.
  6. Enhance underwriting efficiency while maintaining adequate risk management.
  7. Ensure compliance with branch-level requirements and ICQ observation closure.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
