Achieving sales targets and maintaining high-quality portfolios is crucial for success in this role. As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of Loan Officers/Field Staff to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will design effective collection strategies to minimize risk while ensuring regular repayment from customers. Regular field visits will be conducted to guide and motivate the team, assess loan officer performance, and take corrective action when necessary.

Key responsibilities include tracking customer repayments, following up on delinquent accounts, and conducting daily meetings with Loan Officers to ensure run rates are met. Additionally, the Branch Manager will maintain accurate branch records, handle compliance and audit issues, and oversee staff skill development through training and continuous monitoring.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide the team towards improving First Time Right (FTR) and Turn-Around-Time (TAT), while maintaining maximum customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
