Senior Business Leader Job

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead business growth and success by overseeing various aspects of our operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive disbursement targets while minimizing delinquency rates.
  • Identify high-value loan groups and target customers based on geographic regions.
  • Develop and manage teams across assigned territories to enhance market penetration.
  • Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities.
  • Manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency processes to meet daily/weekly collection targets.
  • Closely monitor disbursed loans, especially those with late payments.
  • Regularly conduct field visits, center meetings, and loan applicant assessments.
  • Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and promote brand awareness.
  • Ensure regular meetings and visits to the center.

Qualifications:

  • Fresher to maximum 5 years experience as a sales officer in microfinance businesses.
  • Basic understanding of microfinance business models and joint liability group concepts would be advantageous.
